Rob started the business in 2019 wanting to design and install renewable energy systems that met his high standards, not systems designed on google earth by salesmen which is so often the case in this industry.

 

Starting his journey 15 years in Australia, coming from Belgium, he travelled around Australia in his self-built solar camper and made Australia his home. Working his way up through several electrical and solar businesses in the Kimberley (where Jim the red dog comes from) and Darwin, he built his home, family and business from the ground up in the beautiful Redlynch valley near Cairns.

 

With a lifetime interest and experience in renewable energy, he also is Clean Energy Council accredited to offer the STC rebate for on and off grid solar and battery systems. Red Dog Power is a small business focused on offering no-nonsense and friendly communications to customers who desire excellent solar and battery systems which surpass expectations.
