ESS at Kewarra Beach

Scope: Red Dog Power got approached to design and quote a standalone power system is an alternative to a costly Ergon power connection. The idea was to use the existing shed to house all equipment and run a submain to the house that was yet to be build. 

Scope: Customer wanted a solar system to reduce his electricity bills and environmental footprint but also some
power back up in case of a power outage
 

Equipment used: 20x 370W Canadian Solar panels, 1x Fronius Primo 5kW, 1x Victron Multiplus 5kVA,
Pylontech US3000 lithium batteries + new switchboard, victron cerbo GX and touchscreen 
 

Outcome: Uninterrupted grid back up on essential circuits, monthly power bill down to approximately $10-20.
